Appointment Times

We have a limited number of appointments available on Friday, Saturday & Sunday between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Location

We offer online and in home services for clients located in Michigan.

Fee

We do not have relationships with any insurance companies, however your insurance provider might reimburse you for our services as an out of network provider.

Our current fee for service is $160 per hour. Out of office services are billed at a higher rate. Please see our Informed Consent documents for more information.
